Carriage in the Local area is FREE (Local Area - within M25)

Shipping is a fixed fee of 500p per Item including VAT.

Should product arrive..... with the packaging showing signs of damage, please open the package in front of the delivery driver and either sign for the delivery stating the nature of the damage or refuse the delivery. Please inform us as soon as possible by email or telephone of the nature of any damage and we will arrange for all or part of your delivery (as appropriate) to be sent to you as soon as possible.
All stock orders will normally be dispatched within 1 working day. Orders received before 12 noon will normally be dispatched the same day.
All of our deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure that you give us a correct delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery during normal delivery hours (8am to 6pm) Monday to Friday.

Small orders will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery (usually delivered next working day but please allow up to 4 working days for delivery).

All other orders are dispatched by Business Post carrier and should be delivered within 24 hours (but please allow 2-3 working days).
Adventures In Diving reserves the right to amend the delivery method if deemed more appropriate.
Only goods deemed to be faulty, by ourselves, will be exchanged, repaired or a credit note given. Refunds will Not be given on used goods. No refunds will be given on Any unused goods. Any terms, conditions or warranties described here are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
